He has a strong background in troubleshooting contracts, implementing effective strategies, and managing ongoing operations, particularly in contracts covering single and multiple sites or local authorities. Russell has successfully managed diverse locations, ranging from large local authority parking operations to railway networks and prominent NHS hospital complexes.
Currently serving as the Sales Director at Park & Control (UK) Ltd, Russell oversees sales growth and strategic direction. His leadership has driven the company's growth and success in delivering exceptional parking enforcement services. Prior to his current role, he spent six years as the Director of UK Customer Service at APCOA Parking (UK) Ltd, where he provided effective leadership and ensured outstanding service delivery.
